	Privacy Statement This statement discloses the privacy practices for both our Web site and our E-mail system. Accents 'n Art, Inc. respects your right to privacy. We have developed Accents-n-Art.com so that no personal information is displayed online in unsecured areas or is accessible to the general public. We do not reveal your E-mail address or other personal information to third parties, except to complete your order transactions. These third parties are not permitted to use your personal information, sell, or rent it, for purposes other than approving your transaction. We do not sell or rent our customer information to any outside parties. Use of Your Personal Information During the ordering process, we ask you for information, such as your name, billing address, shipping address, E-mail address, and credit card information. All customer information is solely used for processing orders and (only if you elect) communication of news via email. You can be assured we'll keep it confidential. Use of Your Email Address We use email as our primary mechanism for communicating with you about your order. You will receive a confirmation of your order by E-mail. We will also notify you as your order is being processed so you will know when it has left our facility. In the unlikely event a delay should occur, we will also communicate this to you via E-mail. What is a "cookie"? What is it used for? A cookie is a small text file placed on your hard drive which is used by a web site to store information. A cookie can contain information about you or the preferences you selected while visiting the site. Only the information you give while visiting the site may be stored in the cookie. Accents-n-Art.com uses cookies to temporarily store information on product choices you have made. We later use this information to display the items in your shopping cart. We also use cookies to store your name, email address, and general shipping information to make ordering (and reordering) an easy process. Your credit card information is not stored in a cookie! Our secure server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. It is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure electronic commerce transactions. You will know the SSL technology is activated when you see the "closed lock" or "key" in the bottom corner of your browser window. SSL technology encrypts and protects all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
