What kind of photo can be printed on canvas?
Digital camera photos, computer-generated graphic files, and traditional photographs. Pictures may be color or black & white. All photos should be sharp and clear, not blurry.
What resolution is needed for a digital photo?
When taking pictures, be sure to set your digital camera to the highest resolution setting. Images from most digital cameras can be enlarged and printed on canvas. Images above 2 MB work better than images under 2 MB. When you upload your image, we will automatically analyze it for you, and display the appropriate size and frame choices for your canvas art reproduction.
What file format is required for a digital photo?
Digital images must be in jpg / jpeg format.
What canvas sizes can I order? How much does it cost?
Canvas sizes range from 4" x 5" to 30" x 40", depending upon the resolution of your image. Ordering options include canvas prints, stretched canvas art, 3D stretched canvas art, small framed art, and large framed art. Please see our photos to canvas price list for more information.
How do you print photos on canvas?
All of our canvas prints are manufactured
with UV enhanced pigments to increase the fade resistance of the print. Each image
is produced on the finest quality artist grade canvas with enhanced water resistance
characteristics to protect the print from moisture and fingerprints. For more details,

How long does it take to make the canvas print? How long does shipping take?
Our manufacturing schedules and shipping transit times are updated daily on our web site.
What size is needed for a traditional photograph?
Most traditional 4" x 5" or 4" x 6" photographs can be enlarged to canvas sizes up to 20" x 24" due to our high resolution scanning process. An 8" x 10" photograph would be best if you want your photo to transfer to a canvas size larger than a 20" x 24".
What does it cost to have a traditional photograph scanned?
There is a one time charge of $8.99 for scanning a traditional photograph. You only pay the scanning charge once, and then you can order as many canvas reproductions of the same image without paying the scanning charge again.
How do I order if I have a traditional photograph or want to send my digital files on a CD?
Please read the instructions for mailing traditional photographs or sending digital photos on CDs.
What if I want to cancel my custom photo on canvas order?
Please notify us by e-mail. Cancellations received within 4 hours of order placement will not be charged. Orders cancelled after that time will incur a 15% labor charge.
What if I want to return my custom photo on canvas reproduction?
We offer a return and exchange policy in the event you are not happy with your purchase.
