Requests for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be made within 10 days of product receipt by completing the information on our Product Returns page. All returns and exchanges must have an RMA number. The customer will pay the shipping charges to return the original item to Accents 'n Art, Inc. In order to receive a credit, your purchase must be returned in it's original condition, without alteration, and in the original packaging. Used or altered items may not be returned as they can not be re-sold as new. Any discrepancies may result in a partial or complete forfeiture of your credit. All returns should be insured with the shipping carrier as we are not responsible for damage to a product that occurs in transit on its way back to us. Products must be returned within 14 days of the date the return authorization number is issued for a refund, exchange or replacement.
Each item we manufacture is custom printed when ordered. Shipping, insurance, packaging costs and handling fees (S & H Value) are included in the price shown for all orders shipped to the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations will incur a shipping surcharge based upon the size and weight of the item(s) being shipped. The S & H Value will not be refunded if the product is returned. Volume discount orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Personalized or custom sized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom 3D canvas wrap charges, custom upgraded gloss and Glimmer Gloss (textured) coating charges, international shipping surcharges, and Expedited/Express surcharges are also non-refundable.
Returns for a Refund: When the original item is received in it's original condition, you will be credited for the original purchase price less the S&H value. Please allow 1 week for the credit to be processed after we receive the product.
Exchanges: When the original item is received in it's original condition, the value of the original item less the S&H value will be applied toward the exchange item. Any difference in the value between the original item and the exchange item will be settled prior to, or concurrent with, shipment of the replacement.
Damaged Item Replacements: All orders are individually packaged in custom designed boxes to minimize potential damage. Should damage occur, fill out the information on our Product Returns page within 2 days of receiving the item. Keep the damaged item, packaging and shipping box, and wait for our reply instructions. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier to retrieve the damaged item, and then make a no charge replacement for you. If the item ordered was a clearance item or has been discontinued and is no longer available, the customer may select another product(s) equal to the initial purchase price as the replacement item(s).
Refused Shipments or Items Shipped to an Incorrect Address: If an item that we ship to you is refused at the time of delivery, or if the address you provide is incorrect, and the package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, each item will be processed according to the "Returns for a Refund" section described above. When calculating the refund amount, the S&H value, and all shipping costs incurred due to the return of the merchandise, will be deducted from the original purchase price.
Cancelled Orders 2 or more hours after the order is placed: Each item ordered is custom manufactured at your request, and we begin manufacturing orders as soon as possible to provide prompt turn-around times. If an item or order is NOT cancelled within 2 hours after the order is placed, cancellation will result in a return of funds less the accumulated manufacturing costs of the item at the point at which the order is stopped in production. These costs may be equal to the printed canvas, the stretched canvas, the framed canvas, the packaged framed canvas, etc.
Cancelled Orders after Shipment has Occurred: If an item or order is cancelled after shipment has already occurred, you will need to request a Return Authorization prior to shipping the product back for a refund. The return will be processed according to the "Returns for a Refund" section described above.
